thermocouple extension wire

Thermocouple compensation wire is a special wire used for signal transmission between thermocouples and secondary instruments. Its main role is to extend the cold end of the thermocouple, and thermometer connected to form a temperature measurement system.
Compensation wire in a certain temperature range (usually 0 ~ 100 ℃) with the matching thermocouple thermal electric potential of the same nominal value of a pair of wires with insulation.
By connecting the thermocouple to the measuring device with a compensating wire, it is possible to compensate for errors arising from temperature changes at the point where they are connected to the thermocouple. This type of wire not only saves thermocouple material and reduces cost, but also solves the problem of high temperatures and temperature instability caused by the cold end of the thermocouple near the hot device.

Compensating wires are divided into two categories of compensating wires and extending wires according to the materials used. Its insulation and sheath according to the requirements of the environment and the choice of different materials, common sheath materials including PVC, fluorine plastic, low smoke low halogen polyvinyl chloride and alkali-free glass wire and so on. Imported high-quality fluorine plastic can withstand a temperature of 260 ℃, and the use of the whole continuous extrusion of the new technology, so that the product has excellent resistance to acid, alkali, abrasion and non-combustible performance, can be immersed in oil and water for a long time. It can be immersed in oil and water for long-term use.
