Indium Wire
Indium wires are wires made from indium or indium alloys and have a wide range of applications. They are used as cryogenic and lead-free solders and are widely used in hermetic operations. Pure indium wires are often used in ultra-low temperature environments because indium remains soft and forges tough even under such harsh conditions. These alloys offer improved resistance to thermal fatigue even with only 5% indium.
Indium wires are available in a wide range of diameters, from 0.25mm to 1.5mm, and can be customized to different metal bases (e.g. 99.999% or 99.99%).
