Tungsten Plate
Tungsten plate is a kind of material made of tungsten carbide and cobalt powder mixed by metallurgical method through powdering, ball milling, pressing and sintering, and the main alloy components are WC and Co. tungsten steel plate is one of the many materials of tungsten steel. It is also called tungsten steel plate because of its rectangular shape (or square). This material is used in an extremely wide range of applications including, but not limited to, making punched copper, aluminum, stainless steel, cold rolled sheet, EI sheet. Q195, SPCC, silicon steel sheet, hardware, standard parts, upper and lower punches, and other thin sheets of high-speed punching dies and multi-station progressive molds. The composition and content of tungsten steel sheet will vary according to different uses to meet specific application requirements. Pure tungsten plate, on the other hand, is a steel-gray to tin-white hard metal with a high melting point (3422°C), high tensile strength, good corrosion resistance, and excellent physical properties. Such as excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, low coefficient of expansion and good radiation shielding ability. Pure tungsten sheet is commonly used in high temperature resistant parts, such as pure tungsten electrodes, support wires, lead wires, printer needles, various electrodes and quartz furnaces, etc.
