CuNi Bar
Cuni alloy bar is a copper-nickel alloy in which the ratio of copper to nickel usually reaches 90:10, a ratio that corresponds to the American Standard C70600 material, also known as nickel-white copper.
In addition, there exists another copper-nickel alloy, CuNi18Zn20, which has high strength and hardness, good wear resistance, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity and good corrosion resistance.
CuNi18Zn20 alloy is suitable for a variety of mechanical parts, bearings, gears, valves, pump parts and other areas that require wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It can also be used in electrical connectors, electrical contacts and other electrical components due to its good electrical conductivity.
CuNi90-10 copper-nickel alloy has good corrosion resistance, wear resistance, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and plasticity, and has been widely used in many industrial fields. CuNi18-Zn20 zinc-white copper, on the other hand, has high strength and corrosion resistance, good plasticity, and is suitable for parts working in humid and corrosive environments as well as instrument parts, medical instruments, Telecommunication parts, works of art, spring tubes, etc.
