Soft Magnetic alloy strip

Soft magnetic alloy strips are magnetic materials with low coercivity and high permeability, which are easy to magnetize as well as demagnetize, and are widely used in electrical and electronic equipment. Characteristics of these materials include narrow and steep hysteresis loops, nearly reversible magnetization, small hysteresis losses, high permeability, and low coercivity. Specific applications for soft magnetic alloy strips include, but are not limited to.

Power industry: Used in the manufacture of cores for electrical equipment such as motors and transformers.
Electronic industry: used to manufacture various magnetic components, widely used in television, radio and communications.
Precision instrumentation: such as recording magnetic heads, etc. or where small size is required.
High frequency applications: such as PoMo alloy (FeNi alloy), with high magnetic permeability, used in precision instruments, recording magnetic heads, etc. or occasions requiring small volume.
Ferrite: Fe2O3 as the main component, doped with Mn-Zn or Ni-Zn, etc., pressed into Mn-Zn ferrite or Ni-Zn ferrite by powder metallurgy method, with high resistivity and low high frequency loss. Used for below 1MHz and microwave frequency.
