Rene 41

Rene41 is a deposition-hardened nickel-based deformed high-temperature alloy, in the range of 650 ~ 950 ℃, with high tensile and lasting creep strength and outstanding oxidation resistance. Because of the high content of aluminum, titanium and molybdenum in the alloy, it is difficult to open the ingot, but the deformed material has good plasticity and can be cold formed in the annealed state, and can also be welded, and the welded parts are susceptible to strain aging cracks during heat treatment. Alloy varieties are thin plate, strip, wire, disk parts, ring parts, forgings, bars, and precision castings, etc., suitable for making in 870 ℃ below the requirements of high strength and 980 ℃ below the requirements of high-temperature parts of aviation, aerospace engines oxidation.

Rene41 application profile and special requirements. The alloy is widely used to make aviation and aerospace engine high temperature bearing parts, such as guide vanes, combustion chambers, turbines, guides high temperature bearing parts, shafts, discs, blades and fasteners, etc. The strain aging cracks in the heat treatment of plate welded parts can be treated by the method of over-aging treatment before welding or controlling the cooling rate after solid solution treatment before welding, and then the specification heat treatment after welding.
