Inconel600

Inconel600 alloy is a nickel-chromium-iron based solid solution strengthening alloy with good resistance to high temperature corrosion and oxidation, excellent hot and cold working and welding properties, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700°C.

Inconel 600 alloy can be strengthened by cold working, and can also be joined by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing, and is suitable for making oxidation resistant parts that are subjected to low loads below 1100°C. In the use of manual arc welding, it is recommended to use (Ar + He + H2 + CO2) a variety of ingredients mixed shielding gas.
