Hastelloy S

HastelloyS is particularly suitable for cyclic heating environments. Applications: Sealing rings used in equipment subjected to severe cyclic heating and requiring a relatively low coefficient of expansion, such as industrial boilers and gas turbine engines.

Hastelloy S has good thermal stability, a low coefficient of thermal expansion below 1093°C and excellent oxidation resistance. It has good high temperature strength and thermal fatigue strength. Hastelloy S is particularly suitable for cyclic heating environments. Commonly used fields.  1 Petroleum and petrochemical equipment, such as reactors in petrochemical equipment 2 Sulfuric acid storage and transportation equipment, such as heat exchangers, etc.  3 Flue gas desulfurization equipment of power plants, the main parts used are: tower of absorption tower, flue, stall door plate, inner parts, spraying system, etc. 4 Scrubber and fan in organic acid treatment system.  5 Seawater treatment device, seawater heat exchanger, paper industry equipment, sulfuric acid, nitric acid equipment, acid production, pharmaceutical industry and other chemical equipment, pressure vessels, food equipment.  6 Pharmaceutical plants:centrifuges, reactors, etc. 7 Plant food: soy sauce tanks, wine, salt tanks, equipment and dressing.
